In the initial stage, we analyze the issues as well as the financial criteria and market conditions with the client. By doing so and compiling detailed information on the client's goals, tax issues, finances and any need for replacement properties we can determine a client's needs. The second and third stages are when we determine the market then strategically market the property to those potential buyers.
In the final two stages we review the progress of the plan, expand the market if necessary, identify a purchaser and close on the property.
