The SIOR designation represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialist and represents the industry’s standard of professional achievement. An SIOR is highly qualified as a commercial real estate practitioner that has demonstrated a strong transactional history with extensive experienced.
The highest level of achievement in the commercial real estate industry is earning the CCIM and/or SIOR designations. Less than 1% of Commercial real estate professionals have achieved both designations.
