Asssociates New to the Business
A position as an Associate with Larkin Commercial Properties, Inc. requires a proven, successful sales and/or entrepreneurial track record. Prior success and experience as a real estate broker or agent, however, is not required. New associates will learn how to evaluate, market, lease and sell investment real estate properties. The work is exciting and definitely challenging. Interested candidates require a tenacious spirit, especially during your the first year. However, the payoffs are tremendous!
As an associate, you will work alongside already established professionals in our firm that will lead you into all aspects of the investment real estate brokerage business. Each new Associate is assigned to a Senior Advisor who will serve as a mentor. This mentor will be responsible in assisting you in the development of a successful career. In addition to ongoing training received from your mentor, you will attend monthly marketing and sales meetings to help guide progress.
Leasing Specialist
As a leading commercial real estate company who is experiencing phenomenal growth, Larkin Commercial is seeking confident, self-motivated individuals. Our Leasing Specialist work in conjunction with our Senior Associates to provide transaction management services for business owners, chief financial officers and corporate real estate executives of leading companies.
Larkin Commercial requires individuals who can demonstrate their capability to negotiate leases and purchases, restructure leases, perform site acquisition, dispose of leased and owned property, and assure quality service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Larkin Commercial prefers candidates who are innovative, with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate has experience representing corporate clients seeking office, retail and industrial space. We will also consider applicants with a strong record of success in business-to-business sales.
Senior Associates

Setting ourselves apart from our competitors, Larkin Commercial seeks Senior Associates that want to maintain their individuality, but recognize the need for a strong platform and support system. Senior Associates that join Larkin Commercial will be expected to oversee and work together with other Junior Associate, working as a partnership.
Brokers who qualify to affiliate with Larkin Commercial are required to meet certain income levels based on their market size, and have at least 5 years experience in commercial real estate leasing and/or sales.
