Executive Assistant
Provide administrative support to principal broker. Interface with internal and external parties with respect to highly sensitive issues on behalf of principal broker. Deal with a diverse group of important internal and external customers at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience with strong organization, written and oral communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Graphics skills are a BIG PLUS (PhotoShop, PageMaker, HTML, Illustrator applications, and/or Dreamweaver). Initiative, attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, is a must. Commercial real estate experience preferred.


Reception - Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of administrative experience with strong organization, written and oral communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel are required. Graphics skills preferred ( PhotoShop, PageMaker).

Initiative, attention to detail and theReception - Administrative Assistant ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, is a must. Commercial real estate experience preferred. Tasks include: answering phone, faxing, photocopying, creating proposals and marketing materials, completing various forms for the brokers, general office duties (lunch & break coverage, mail distribution & pick-up, etc.). Position supports approximately 6 - 7 brokers.
